Return Policy

Thank you for your contribution. We hope you are satisfied with your support. However, if you're not completely happy, you may request a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

Donation Returns

We use most of your donation to support communities and our services. Refunds for donations or contributions are not available after 7 business days. To request a refund, email us at support@arogyagramin.com within 7 days of payment. Refunds may take up to 14 working days to process.

Booking

Any amount paid for bookings—be it services or events—is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Returns

Returns are accepted only within 7 days from the purchase date. Items must be new, unused, and include all original tags and labels.

Return Process

Please email us at support@arogyagramin.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA, securely package the item with proof of purchase and send it to: Arogya Gramin Healthcare Foundation Sumitra Shree 5A, Hanuman Nagar, Kankarbagh RMA Patna, Bihar, 800020 You are responsible for shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund or exchange within 14 days. Depending on your card issuer, it may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. We'll notify you via email when processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us promptly to arrange a refund or exchange.
